I'm so thankful that church is just down the street and that we can visit Mr Wonderful any day we wish and play in the nursery when we have time to burn. What a blessing!

It was a perfect day for playing at the park after a nice exahusting walk.

The Little Hive-y Mermaid

I was playing with Amelie yesterday when I noticed her face looked funny (like she had too much sun or something?) and upon closer inspection realized her face and arms were covered with hives! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Apparently she had some allergic reaction to who knows what! I called the doctor's office to get the correct dosage of Benedryl for a 3 yo (it's NOT on the package) and no one was available so they made me call the emergency room! It wasn't a big deal and she was feeling/acting fine (just itchy, poor little lamb) but it was one of those things that just reminds you that life is so changeable and a little scary sometimes. I'm so glad that the One who is in control of my life and of my precious babies' lives is unchangeable.
Amen and pass the benedryl!
